Shipping to Canada

Canadian Shipping Terms & Conditions:

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.  Canadian orders are typically shipped via Priority International by the United States Postal Service. 

We ship Canadian orders USPS. The USPS says 6–10 Business Days for USPS Priority International. However during COVID we have seen much longer delay times. 

Canadian duties and taxes are NOT included, and are the responsibility of the customer. As a Canadian customer, you are responsible for making sure that importing a particular nutritional supplement from the United States is allowed in Canada.

If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

Declaration of value and contents: Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label or documents. Also, we label the contents as "Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use".

Import taxes: You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, or quarantine fees due the Canadian Government. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them by your local customs office. Please contact your local Customs office for more details.

Import restrictions: As a Canadian customer, you are responsible for making sure that importing a particular nutritional supplement from the United States is allowed in Canada.

• The following items are NOT allowed to be imported unless through your doctor: Carnitine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Tryptophan (5-HTP), DHEA, Pregnenolone, Androstenedione, Yohimbe, Human Growth Hormone, Red Yeast Rice, Vitamin D > 1000 IU per dose, Vitamin A > 10,000 IU per dose and any products containing Vitamin K.
• Your order must be for 90 days of usage, and NOT longer. The way Canadian Customs determine this is by reading what the label says. So if it says take 1 tablet/capsules a day, then you are entitled to import only 90 servings of this supplement. Please read the product information on our site and order within these guidelines.

Your total order costs must be less than $1,600 in order to be considered for personal use.
